Product DescriptionUNF-5A Naphthalene pure highly effective retarding & water-reducing admixture have the characteristics of retarding, super-plasticized, water-reducing, less loss of slump and high initial & ultimate strength. It is one kind effective concrete admixture to adopt in all kinds of climate engineering projects, and also specially suit for high temperature area.Main Property and Characteristics

Excellent effect of retarding: It can be used in retarding the setting of concrete for 2 hours to 36 hours, and initial setting and ultimate hardening almost delay the same long time corresponding, so that it’s convenient for long distance transportation for ready mixed concrete.

With the water-reducing rate of 12%-25%, it can improve the floating, density, and the workability of concrete, improves anti- permeability, concrete compression resistant, durability and other physical mechanics will be also gained.

Reduces cement by 12%-25% under the same condition of compression strength and slump.

Typical performance

It improves workability of the concrete more than traditional plasticizer admixture. The lower content of Na2SO4 in the admixture, will lead to meet the requirement of the special cement concrete engineering project in the coastland and high saline-alkali area.

Application Adding Method

It is applying reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete in the condition of normal temperature as well as high quality liquid plastic concrete

It can get less loss of slump, high strength, high flexible modulus, excellent penetration resistance ability, low shrinkage and outstanding durability cement concrete.

Dosage

In order to meet specific requirements, the addition rate should be determined by the materials and the conditions of the experiments and the water-reducing request. The scope of the liquid addition rate is from 1.0 liter to 2.5 liter per 100 kg cement materials including flyash, and the powder addition rate is from 0.4kg to1.5kg per 100kg cement materials including flyash.

Packaging

Liquid is available in 1000L plastic drum.

Powder is packaged in plastic weaved bag lined with plastic film and net weight is 25kg/bag.
